What is included in the facility fee?

- Private use of Kingsley Pines  (Thursday – Sunday at 12:00 noon)
- Thursday (The day for you, your immediate family, and wedding party to decorate Kingsley Pines.  Your guests can arrive anytime Friday.
- Use of tables, chairs, flatware, silverware, tennis, softball, beach volleyball, basketball, giant rope swing, and many more activities with all equipment included.
- Complimentary Honeymoon suite with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom, washer, and dryer.
- Trash pick-up and disposal, recycling, parking assistance, and general maintenance of grounds for your weekend.
- Firewood.
- Owner on-site.

What is not included?

- Meals
- Accommodations
- Canoes, kayaks and waterski boats

I want to enjoy my wedding weekend do you have an event coordinator?

- Yes.  Information available upon request.

How do the meals work?

- Kingsley Pines works closely with several catering companies.  They will create any type of menu and work within your budget.  They will also provide bartending services.

You may use another catering service, however, that catering company must provide Kingsley Pines with a certificate of insurance that lists Kingsley Pines as an additional insured for no less than $1,000,000.  They must also provide a copy of their food-handling certificate and be self-contained.

- The caterer is responsible for meeting your agreed upon schedule for food service.

Can we BYOB?

- Yes, however, if you are having a bartender they need to be licensed and provide alcohol liability insurance listing Kingsley Pines as an additional insured.

Can I set up and decorate?

Yes.  Thursday is the  day for you, your immediate family, and wedding party to decorate Kingsley Pines.  All decorations need to be cleared with Kingsley Pines in advance.  Candles are allowed, but need to be enclosed.

How late can we dance?

- Kingsley Pines will work with you to put together a timeline for your entertainment.

Can we have campfires?

- Yes.  They are allowed and encouraged.

What accommodations are available?

- Kingsley Pines can accommodate about 150 people comfortably, but we have had as many as 225.
- Cabins primarily consist of bunk beds. Some have bathrooms, while others share a common bath facility.  We do have a few cabins with more amenities, including a sitting room, fireplace, and kitchenette.
- All cabin reservations are made by emailing or calling Kingsley Pines directly.  To secure a cabin your guests will need to provide a credit card (MasterCard and Visa only). 
- Bed linens and towels are provided.
- Cabin assignments need to be agreed upon between Kingsley Pines and the bride and groom.

The rates for accommodations are:

 
- $50 per person per night for a cabin with a bathroom.
- $40 per person per night for a cabin with a common bathroom.
- Children (18 and younger) staying with their parents are FREE.
- There is no minimums on accommodations.
- There are no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

How many people can you accommodate?

- Sleeping overnight comfortably, about 150.
- Lodge, about 170 for cocktails and dancing.
- Dinning Hall, 150 for rounds buffet, 180 served with rounds and banquet style about 230.
- For larger groups, we can arrange for tents.

Do I need insurance?

Every event at Kingsley Pines needs to name Kingsley Pines as an additional insured for a minimum of $1,000,000.  Insurance can be obtained through your home owners policy or Wedsafe.com.

What is the deposit policy?

- A deposit of $1,000.00 is required to secure the date.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
- All deposits are non-refundable.  In the event of cancellation, all deposits are retimed by Kingsley Pines.
